Homemade Mint Tooth Paste
- 6 little spoons baking soda
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 4 little spoons glycerin
- 15 drops peppermint oil
Instructions: Mix all ingridients carefully until the mass have a tooth paste consistency. For flavor you can add a few drops of peppermint or wintergreen. Store in a sealed container. Your mouth will feel surprrisely fresh!
Super Mouth Cleanser
- Few drops of hydrogen peroxide
- Baking soda
Instructions: Combine these two elements to make a paste. Apply this mass on your teeth and also softly rub along your gums 2 times a week.
Toothpaste Recipe
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint oil
- 1/4 teaspoon spearmint
- 1/4 cup arrowroot
- 1/4 cup powdered orrisroot
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
Instructions: Mix up all dry ingredients in a jar. Add water until the mass is desired consistency. Store at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.
Old Fashioned Tooth Powder
- 2 teaspoon dried lemon or orange rind
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 2 teaspoon salt
Instructions: Put peel in food processor orcoffee mill, grind until rind becomes a fine powder. Add baking soda and salt then stir for a few seconds more to have a fine powder. Store in an hermetic tin or jar. Plunge moistened toothbrush into your homemade mixture, brush as usual.

- 1 tablespoon grinded ripe strawberries
Instructions: Mix elements to a desired consistency, plunge toothbrush into your homemade toothpaste, brush as usual.
Vanilla & Rose Geranium Toothpaste
- 1/2 ounce fine powder chalk
- 3 ounces powdered orris root
- 4 tsp of tincture of vanilla
- 15 drops oil of rose geranium
- Honey, enough to make a mass with toothpaste consistency
Instructions: Join all elements and mix until you have a paste the consistency you desire. Store in an heremetic container. Take a clean stick (ice lolly) to draw paste onto brush. Store the stick in same sealed jar.
